About You:

What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:
  • Manage enhancement initiatives and projects for bank App to meet business and customer needs
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business and risk parties, to craft requirements and storyboards (if necessary) that serves the needs
  • Collaborate with Tech team to devise best and efficient tech solutions that are aligned with business priorities
  • Define, coordinate and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) from defining user acceptance criteria to performing UAT.
  • Own documentation and communication of requirements between tech and business teams
  • Create storyboards to visualize user interactions and workflows for clear understanding
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting process enhancements
  • Partner with PMs/Tech Leads to align project scope, timelines, and deliverables with business objectives

What is required and what we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technology teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in defining clear requirements, user acceptance criteria, and managing end-to-end UAT processes
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management, and software development life cycle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach and customer-centric focus
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
