Group AI Management and Strategy (AIMS) team is responsible for developing and implementing Group-wide strategic programs across HSBC aimed at accelerating the commercialisation and delivery of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML). Key areas of focus include responsible development practices, common platforms and capabilities, AI technology enablement, governance, and the Group-wide AI Strategy.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of LLM-based productivity tool by providing comprehensive project management support. Project Manager.
In this role you will: Program Support - Oversee the overall in-house LLM-based productivity tool program including supporting the Product Lead in overseeing project governance, resource allocation, budget and RAIDs
- Assist all pods in meeting established milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to avoid delivery delays
- Shape and refine the strategic delivery roadmap, ensuring it aligns with AIMS priorities and objectives
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on program delivery
Cross-Team Collaboration - Engage with key business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and designers to foster strong relationships to facilitate collaboration and communication
- Lead and facilitate working group meetings, roadmap planning and workshops
Reporting and Documentation - Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability across all teams
- Own and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including program progress and performance metrics
To be successful you will need: - Extensive project management skills and experience of managing large and complex projects
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, product lifecycle and project governance
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI/GAI)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and engage stakeholders
- Strong ability to analyse data and insights into strategic product roadmap
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about staying up to date on the latest technology advancements and their benefits to financial services
