About the Role
Join our marketing transformation practice to help clients quantify growth opportunities. You'll build business cases for digital marketing investments, media spend optimization, and CX initiatives. This role combines financial modeling with customer growth strategy - perfect for analysts passionate about connecting marketing spend to business outcomes.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Business Case Development
  • Build ROI models for marketing campaigns, media plans, and customer experience initiatives
  • Quantify growth opportunities using CAC/LTV frameworks and scenario analysis
  • Develop investment cases for martech adoption (CDPs, automation tools)
Data-Driven Modeling
  • Create media mix models to optimize channel spend allocation
  • Design customer lifetime value projections for acquisition/retention strategies
  • Build scalable Excel/Google Sheets templates for recurring marketing analysis
Growth Storytelling
  • Translate complex models into executive-ready presentations
  • Visualize data relationships between marketing inputs and revenue outcomes
  • Support client workshops with analytical backing for growth recommendations
Market Intelligence
  • Research industry benchmarks (media costs, conversion rates, retention metrics)
  • Analyze competitive growth strategies across digital channels
  • Validate assumptions using market data and client analytics
Experience & Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or related field
  • 0-3 years experience in:
    • Financial modeling
    • Data analysis (pivot tables, basic statistics)
    • Presentation building (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals:
    • Digital channels (social, search, programmatic)
    • Core metrics (CAC, ROI, LTV, conversion funnels)
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset
Preferred:
  • Internship in consulting, marketing analytics, or corporate strategy
  • Exposure to media planning or marketing budget processes
  • Basic knowledge of:
    • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
    • Digital analytics experience (GA4, Adobe Analytics)
    • Marketing platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems)
    • Statistical concepts (regression analysis)
  • Curiosity about customer growth strategies
