Responsibilities:

- Maintain and expand coverage of key buy-side clients including mutual funds, insurance asset managers, offshore hedge funds, and private equity institutions, as well as listed companies and large corporate clients;
- Actively develop multi-strategy funds and cross-border institutional client base. Build long-term client relationships, identify client needs, and drive business conversion;
- Leverage internal research and expert resources to provide clients with industry insights and strategic advice;
- Proactively identify trading opportunities in block trades, shareholder stake sales, and secondary market liquidity needs, coordinate internal and external resources internal and external resources to facilitate deal execution;
- Participate in IPO and ECM-related deal distribution, covering institutional investors and executing sales strategies;
- Support the sales and distribution of new financial products.
Requirements:

- 3-8 years of relevant experience in institutional sales, ECM sales, private equity client coverage, or trading desk roles at an international investment bank / leading securities firm / well-known PE firms is preferred;
- Strong client network among institutions and listed companies, with proven track record in successfully facilitating block trades, IPOs, and placements;
- Ability to combine in-depth research understanding with strong transaction execution skills;
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills;
- Capable of driving project execution trough effective cross-functional collaboration;
- Masters degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines; research experience is a strong plus;
- Based in Hong Kong, with valid SFC Type 1 and Type 4 licenses.
