Your new role
As a Vice President, Credit Analyst focusing on Chinese corporate clients, you will:
- Conduct in-depth credit analysis and risk assessments on Chinese corporates across various sectors.
- Review and assess credit proposals, financial statements, and industry trends to support credit decisions.
- Prepare internal credit reports and recommendations for senior management and credit committees.
- Monitor existing credit exposures, identify early warning signals, and propose risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with relationship managers, risk teams, and regional offices to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably with exposure to Chinese corporates.
- Strong understanding of credit risk frameworks, financial modelling, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.
