Your new role
Respond swiftly and professionally to technical support requests across standard, commercial, and proprietary software platforms
Documentation of incidents and resolutions in alignment with departmental protocols
Diagnose and resolve issues involving Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, Windows 10/11, iOS, Android
Diagnose and resolve issues with financial platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, and Capital IQ
Administer Active Directory user accounts, distribution lists, and security groups
Utilise systems management platforms such as SCCM and Adaxes for efficient software deployment and account provisioning
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 4-5 years of experience working within Banking and Financial Institutions
Strong technical acumen with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues across diverse platforms.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in key IT tools and systems, including:
- ServiceNow, Ivanti, or similar ticketing platforms
- BeyondTrust Password Safe and Distributed File System (DFS)
- Exchange Management Console and Active Directory (ADUC)
