- A reputable Chinese Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their Corporate Banking Division as a Manager, Business Strategic Planning. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the corporate banking business, driving growth strategies, product strategies, and ensuring operational excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance corporate banking business performance.
- Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise corporate banking products and services.
- Support initiatives related to corporate banking account opening processes and compliance.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management to guide decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
What you'll get in return
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking strategy planning, with solid knowledge of corporate banking products.
- Familiarity with corporate banking account opening procedures will be considered a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, or product management within banking.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is essential.
