What you'll need to succeed
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance corporate banking business performance.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise corporate banking products and services.
  • Support initiatives related to corporate banking account opening processes and compliance.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management to guide decision-making.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

What you'll get in return
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking strategy planning, with solid knowledge of corporate banking products.
  • Familiarity with corporate banking account opening procedures will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, or product management within banking.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is essential.
