The role:

  • Engage in the institutional sales of our financial and AI-powered solutions, actively seeking new clients and markets.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to define and articulate business needs, ensuring our solutions align with their objectives.
  • Develop and foster new client relationships while strengthening existing partnerships through effective account management practices.

What you offer:

  • A minimum of 4+ years in institutional financial sales or related fields, demonstrating a solid understanding of the financial services landscape.
  • Proven ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies while effectively managing sales pipelines to optimize opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective client interaction.
  • A strong understanding of financial solutions and trading systems, with the capability to discuss them effectively with clients.
  • Insight into the AI FinTech market and its implications for institutional clients.
  • Knowledge of various financial products, including Equities, Derivatives, and Foreign Exchange (FX), enhancing the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Proficiency in a foreign language is preferred, enabling broader communication with international clients.
