Human Resources – VP/ SVP
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for full spectrum of Hong Kong HR activities including full employee lifecycle operations, payroll, MPF and tax reporting.
• Responsible for drafting, implementing, and reviewing staff handbook, HR and admin policies and SOPs.
• Maintain employee relations, handle employee inquiries and issues, and provide necessary employee services.
• Comply with and ensure the company follows all relevant local labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor or above degree in reputable universities is a must. Ideally have 5-10 years of relevant HR experience.
• Gained experience from sizable companies, and familair and comfortable with culture and working pace in financial institutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Candidates with Mainland background or experience is highly prefered.
• Proficient working language in Mandarin and English.
