Role

  • Drive sales of non-flow FICC solutions (structured products, bespoke hedging, and investment solutions) to Chinese financial institutions, primarily banks and securities firms.
  • Originate and execute tailored solutions addressing client-specific needs across rates, credit, and FX.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at target institutions.

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth across the FICC platform.
  • Ensure adherence to internal risk, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years experience in FICC sales with a focus on structured/non-flow solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Chinese financial institutions' investment and risk management needs.
  • Strong product knowledge across rates, credit, FX, and structured solutions.
  • Proven track record in origination and execution of complex transactions.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills; Mandarin fluency required.
  • Ability to navigate regulatory frameworks and deliver compliant solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
