Salary: HKD20000 - HKD26000 per month

Responsibilities

  • Extensive coordination and scheduling of regional and global meetings, conference calls, meeting material presentation and distribution
  • Manage calendars and scheduling requirements for designated client group and related logistics including booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, documentation, and catering
  • manage business travel arrangements, including logistics arrangements and liaising with external clients
  • Manage monthly expense reort and submission of claims
  • Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of administrative work experience in a sizeable company is preferred, especially from the financial services industry
  • Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proactive team player with a can do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor degree holder is a plus
  • Good computer skills include Excel, PPT and Word
  • Organised and detail-oriented
