Manager, Reward+. In this role you will: - Commercialization of Reward+ and RewardCash:

- Lobby and drive use cases with internal stakeholders to increase the adoption and usage of Reward+ and RewardCash
- Implement strategies to commercialize digital rewards and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze program performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and optimize through data driven insights
- Journey Development:

- Lead the creation and implementation of new digital rewards journeys where applicable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customer-centric rewards propositions.
- Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to enhance the rewards experience.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in digital rewards.
- Analyze competitor offerings to ensure HSBC's rewards remain competitive.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- Partnership and Vendor Management:

- Identify and engage with third-party partners and vendors to expand the rewards ecosystem.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure alignment with HSBC's goals.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with HSBC standards.
- App Support and Customer Experience:
- Help to oversee daily operations of the digital rewards app to ensure optimal performance.
- Address and resolve technical issues and customer inquiries promptly.
- Implement customer feedback to continuously improve app functionality and user experience.
To be successful you will need: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in partnerships, digital rewards, loyalty programs, or a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies, project management and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors
- Proficiency in data analytics and customer insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
