Your New Role Entails - Assist sales in handling daily trade flows and client requests, including pricing, execution, and trade booking.
- Collaborate with traders and structurers to originate equity derivatives trades.
- Supervise post-trade processes by liaising with internal teams such as trading, middle office, and treasury.
- Participate in ad hoc projects, including system testing and process enhancements.
What You'll Need to Succeed - Strong knowledge of Equity Derivatives Products.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (to coordinate with regions and cross-functional teams within Mandarin-speaking regions)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with databases such as Access is a plus.
- Passion for technology applied to finance and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
