Your new role
As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating all aspects of travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation)
- Preparing and submitting expense reports in compliance with company policy
- Managing general office administration, including pantry and meeting room upkeep
- Organizing logistics for internal and external meetings, including scheduling, materials preparation, catering, and AV setup
- Supporting internal staff events and marketing activities
- Providing backup support for Executive Assistants during absences
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- University degree preferred
- Prior experience in administrative support roles is an advantage
