Job Description The Associate will join our Institutional Banking Group Technology's team to define, develop, test, analyze, to deliver business requirements and to achieve business goal.
We are seeking a highly motivated technical business analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both business analysis and technical development, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a technical BA, you'll be responsible for shaping our technology strategy and delivering a highly scalable, performant, and sophisticated system that securely serve our customers every day.
Responsibilities - Collaborate with business and operation units for local payment requirements
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Collaborate with developers to design and develop technical solutions that meet business needs
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and technical specifications to ensure business initiative and industrial mandates are properly translated and captured
- Oversea UAT, LV and post-implementation monitoring to sure technical changes are delivered with satisfactory results
- Assist Production support for regular tech upgrade activities and change request management
- Assist with application troubleshooting and debugging
- Work with highly collaborative teams and to build quality solutions
Requirements - University degree - in the field of computer science, information systems, or software engineering, with related work experience is with significate advantage
- 3-4 years of Experience in software development - knowledge in JAVA, JavaScript, Python, Angular, SQL and Spring Boot across banking / financial sectors. Candidate with less experience will also be consider.
- Experienced in functional and technical specifications documentation, systems design, conduct system test, support user acceptance test is a plus
- Knowledge on Cash products and corporate banking services is added advantage
- Strong Problem-Solving skills and ability to solve unstructured problem
- Good presentation, strong communication skills and proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
