Your new role
- Lead the development and refinement of insurance offerings to align with business growth, customer needs, and distribution priorities.
- Use market trends, competitor insights, and analytics to identify new product opportunities and support strategic planning.
- Oversee product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination are effectively managed.
- Act as a key liaison with sales teams and distribution partners to ensure product relevance and support frontline engagement.
- Monitor product outcomes, gather feedback, and work with cross-functional teams to optimise product value and support promotional efforts.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in the insurance industry in Hong Kong
- Insurance product development or innovation is preferable
- Experienced in business development, strategic planning and project management
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English with good communication and presentation skills
