Job Title: Vice President, Operations Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Vice President of Operations to focus on limited partner (LP) engagement and portfolio management in a Private Credit Fund while supporting back-office functions related to cash flow, bank account management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- LP Engagement:
- Develop and maintain relationships with limited partners to ensure effective communication.
- Address LP inquiries and provide timely updates on portfolio performance and fund operations.
- Portfolio Management:
- Oversee portfolio management processes, including monitoring investments and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with investment teams to analyze portfolio strategies and recommend adjustments based on market conditions.
- Operational Support:
- Assist in cash flow management, including forecasting and ensuring availability of funds for investments.
- Manage bank account activities and liaise with financial institutions for operational needs.
- Coordinate with back-office teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in operations, portfolio management, or investor relations within the financial services or investment management industry.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective LP engagement.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with cash flow management systems, fund administration processes, and relevant regulatory compliance.
