About you:

What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:
- Oversee the daily operations, including account maintenance functions, card personalization out-sourced vendor management and add-on service set up according to pre-defined Key Processing Indicator (KPI)
- Assist team head to manage daily activities for the Bank's card operations, including payment processing, charge back and all associated support functions with counterparts
- Design and implement card operations policies and procedures and recommend changes to increase efficiency
- Daily proof reconciliation of all debit card transaction exceptions
- Analyses and follow up debit card fraud and transaction issue
What is required and what we're looking for:
- University degree or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience
- Awareness to operational risks, compliance and logistic streamlining
- Ability to work well independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Knowledge with MasterCard DI preferred
- Knowledge with MasterCard DI and experience working with debit cards across multiple currencies is an advantage.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
