  • Oversee the complete post-trade process for equity swap products, including trade capture, matching, allocation, settlement, and lifecycle events (resets, terminations, rollovers).
  • Support ETF lifecycle management, including creation and redemption activities, and provide daily operational assistance to trading desks.
  • Develop and implement VBA macros and other automation tools to streamline high-touch trade bookings, reduce manual errors, and enhance efficiency.
  • Review workflows and implement robust controls to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product and IT teams to define business requirements, perform UAT, and support system upgrades.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new Participating Dealers and support market-making clients with regulatory reporting


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Middle Office or Operations within Equity or ETFs.
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes and ETF structures.
  • Proficiency in Excel and VBA; experience with process automation preferred.
