What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR leadership, ideally within a multinational SME or fast-growing company.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment regulations.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting business expansion is a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on with a growth mindset
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
