Your new role
Support client advisors and client account managers
Make sure that administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed
Carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting
Keep in contact with internal clients
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in banking/financial services
Proficiency utilising Microsoft platforms, scheduling, conducting travel bookings, processing invoices, etc.
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
