We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Lifestyle Relationship Manager. Principal Responsibilities - Be the dedicated contact point to serve the top tier banking customers on their lifestyle and card related requests with collaboration and supports from external service providers and internal stakeholders
- Understand your customers well to provide bespoke personalized lifestyle recommendations that fits their needs and preferences
- Follow through the customer requests in professional timely manner to deliver beyond customers' expectations to create memorable experiences
- Work closely with internal Relationship Managers and Contact Center to collectively serve the customers with all-rounded services with handshake to ensure smooth transition of request handling when required
- Work closely with Card Product team to continuously enhance the serving model and lifestyle privileges by providing timely feedback to the stakeholders and contributing to the ongoing product enhancement.
- Support team leader on daily administration, operation procedure optimization, training and coaching of new team members.
Qualifications - External - Degree holder or above with client account or service management experience is a must. Work experience in concierge service providers would be an advantage
- Relevant experience in serving affluent customers is required with good understanding on their lifestyle preferences
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills to build strong relationship bonding with customers
- Proficient in foreign languages would be a plus, especially on Mandarin, English, Japanese or other European languages
- Self motivated with positive working attitude to work as a team
- Attending events during public holidays or weekends may be required
