We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Product Manager, Account Solutions .

In this role you will
  • Lead a team of professional Account Solutions Managers to define and establish product strategies with respect to account solutions, including account acquisition, account proposition, attrition management, customer onboarding and servicing journey, with an aim to drive customer acquisition, deepening of wallet share and capture emerging opportunities in HK and it's key corridors.
  • Responsible for the P & L of Account Solutions for Hong Kong and ensure plans are on track. Derive and execute commercialization and revenue initiatives to drive product performance for customer acquisition, retention and maximise utilisation
  • Liaise with operations in process design and documentation related to Account Solutions. The job holder is also required to drive simplification of processes and drive continuous improvement customer experience based on customer feedback, customer behaviour analysis, market and competition analysis.
  • Lead the core platform upgrade in line with related regulatory and compliance controls matters or drive new value-added services.
  • Maintain trusting relationship with operations/ sales/ client management/ finance/ customer groups to establish the right business model and deliver optimized customer experience and engagement.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements to ensure all customer communications and initiatives are compliance to FIM and related policies.
  • Lead, develop and motivate the team with the objective to attract, retain and develop the right talent to provide for succession and consistent delivery of business objectives.
  • The role holder will also be one of the senior members in the Hong Kong Product Management team and work closely with Head of Product Management Hong Kong in defining and executing wider product strategies for Global Payments Solutions Hong Kong.


To be successful you will need
  • Experience in product management, middle office, operations, process re-engineering or project management disciplines
  • Strong leadership skill and people management experience
  • Senior stakeholders management and ability to navigate across complex organization
  • Good understanding of emerging and innovative technology and their implication to commercial market.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to effectively work with multiple business partners
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex problems, interpret customer and/or operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
