Job Title: Trustee Services (Team Head), Relationship Management
Location: Central, Hong Kong
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Head for Relationship Management to join our clients MPF and trustee services company. In this role, you will lead a team focused on providing exceptional service to high-net-worth (HNW) customers while ensuring compliance with all banking guidelines and regulations.
Principal Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Oversee and supervise team members to ensure compliance with internal guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service: Serve high-net-worth customers effectively, aiming to maximize profitability and expand the companys market share in Private Banking.
- Sales Performance: Manage sales performance to meet individual, team, and departmental targets.
- Coaching and Development: Develop and coach relationship managers to enhance their skills in sales compliance and providing suitable investment advice.
- Credit Quality Guidance: Provide insights on credit quality for customer loan portfolios, diligently assessing exposure and financial viability when recommending loan structures and pricing.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficiency and accuracy in daily operations by adhering to internal control standards and compliance policies, while minimizing operational risk.
- Serving Cross-Border, HK, Mainland and Asia Pacific based Mainland clients so fluent to native Mandarin is required.
- Developing channel partners, distributor and referral programmes and partnerships.
Requirements:

- Education: University degree in a related discipline or relevant qualifications such as CFP or CFA.
- Licensing Exams: Successful completion of HKSI and IIQE licensing examinations.
- Experience: Proven banking experience, including leadership exposure in managing teams.
- Investment Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment products.
- Sales Orientation: Ability to maintain a sales-driven mindset while performing under pressure.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in both written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects is an advantage.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Professional Qualifications: Additional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) from the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) are advantageous.
