Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate the implementation of transaction banking products and services such as Treasury Management, Collection Services, Liquidity Management, and Payments in Hong Kong, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and technological requirements.
- Oversee product implementation projects, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute to product planning by offering ideas and recommendations for enhancements, documentation accuracy, and approval processes.
- Respond to examination requests from internal and external auditors, regulators, and departments such as Legal & Compliance and Quality Assurance.
- Drive the expansion of transaction banking business in Hong Kong through strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
- Gather and analyze information to develop implementation plans for transaction banking products, considering compliance, technology, resources, and risk factors.
- Coordinate system testing, procedure updates, and reporting to ensure successful product rollouts.
- Collaborate with Head Office and other global offices to maximize business opportunities while minimizing risk and ensuring compliance.
- Maintain and update departmental procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and operational accuracy.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and support audits and regulatory reviews as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transaction banking or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of transaction banking products (including Treasury Management, Collection Services, Liquidity Management, and Payments), regulatory requirements, and risk management.
- Independent, proactive, and analytical with a high level of reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with stakeholders across regions.
