Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the research, design, development, and full life-cycle management of multi-strategy and multi-structure asset management products; familiar with the asset management ecosystem and regulatory environment in Hong Kong, cross-border, and offshore markets.
2. Draft, maintain, and update product constitutive documents (including but not limited to investment management agreements, custody agreements, administration agreements, and tax compliance arrangements); research, manage, and maintain relationships with external cooperative institutions and service providers.
3. Coordinate the overall product design and setup process, oversee full life-cycle management, and ensure risk management and compliance controls meet regulatory requirements and the firms internal standards.
4. Support the asset management operations team in enhancing product operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the investment research team to optimize investment and management solutions.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the department.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Law, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the design, development, and management of asset management products; familiarity with multi-strategy and multi-structure products required; prior experience supporting business development is preferred.
3. In-depth knowledge of the asset management ecosystem and regulatory policies in Hong Kong, cross-border, and offshore markets; strong risk control and compliance awareness, with proven ability to manage internal controls throughout the product life cycle.
4. Detail-oriented, highly responsible, strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills, continuous learning mindset, and excellent execution.
5. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills; strong team player.
6. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Product Manager role.
