Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the research, design, development, and management of multi-strategy and multi-structure asset management products; familiar with the ecosystem and regulatory environment of asset management products in Hong Kong, cross-border, and overseas markets.
2. Prepare, maintain, and update product constitutive documents, including but not limited to investment management agreements, custody agreements, administration agreements, and tax compliance arrangements; conduct research on, manage, and maintain relationships with external cooperative institutions and service providers.
3. Coordinate the overall product design and establishment process, oversee the full product life cycle management, and ensure that product risk management and compliance controls comply with regulatory requirements and the companys internal control standards.
4. Support the asset management operations team to improve product operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the investment research team to optimize management solutions.
6. Complete other related tasks assigned by the department.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree or above; majors in Law, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
2. At least 3 years of experience in the design, development, and management of asset management products; familiar with multi-strategy and multi-structure products; experience in supporting business development is preferred.
3. Familiar with the asset management product ecosystem (covering Hong Kong, cross-border, and overseas markets) and relevant regulatory policies; possess solid risk control capabilities, strong compliance awareness, and proficiency in internal control management throughout the product life cycle.
4. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly responsible; demonstrate excellent logical analysis and problem-solving skills, a commitment to continuous learning, and strong accountability.
5. Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English proficiency; strong communication and coordination skills; good team spirit; and effective interpersonal management abilities.
6. Candidates with less relevant experience will be considered for the Assistant Product Manager position.
