Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Channel Head in implementing and executing business plans and strategic initiatives for mapped accounts.
- Lead a team of Partnership Development Managers to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop new business ideas and drive continuous improvement of the brokerage channel sales platform.
- Manage sales performance of mapped accounts and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive new initiatives, unlock business potential, and increase market share.
- Facilitate Training Representatives to deliver quality, compliant, and consistent business practices.
- Monitor brokers' business performance and sales quality to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Champion digital enablement initiatives internally and externally to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and career development planning for subordinates.
- Ensure team members performing regulated activities hold the necessary licenses and meet all compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent, with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance and investment products.
- Proven ability to work independently with a self-driven and proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin required).
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Preferred: Insurance Authority (IA) licenses (Papers 1, 2, 3, and 5) and MPFA license (Paper 4).
- Must obtain relevant licenses if performing regulated activities.
