Loan Syndication
Overview: A prestigious international bank in Hong Kong is looking for a seasoned syndicated finance manager to join the loan capital market department, with a focus on the Greater China market.
This individual is expected to originate, structure and executes financings in either syndicated loan or bond format, based in Hong Kong.
Your New Role: - Originate and distribute corporate loan transactions through direct client engagement, referrals, and market outreach.
- Lead the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of loan transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and intermediaries.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling other banking products and services.
What you'll need to succeed: - Bachelor's or master's degree
- Minimum 5 years in corporate banking, loan origination, or related roles in international banks.
- Syndicated loan origination and execution experience.
- Credit analysis experience with exposure to structured finance is a plus.
- Knowledge of and experience in structuring and distributing ESG loan/bonds, preferably with ESG finance qualification.
- Possessing established contacts within banks / investors.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal)
