We're seeking someone to join our team as a Equity Cash Sales & Trading Operations Associate in

ISG Equity Operations to works closely with our Sales Traders to onboard our clients as well as determining the best support model for streamless front to back trades processing.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position level position within the Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Monitor unmatched trades and taking prompt action for a timely settlement
  • Respond to client requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Review and monitor risk reports and cleaning up exception items
  • Raise issues, question others and offer solutions/ideas
  • Onboard new clients profile, including static data maintenance
  • Build client relationship through day-to-day processing
  • Ability to use tools and technology to improve workflow for efficient client service
  • Follow escalation framework, taking responsibility for identifying, escalating and preventing issues > Ability to build trust and find innovative ways to improve teamwork, functions/processes and create a positive work environment
  • Understanding of business area supported, client requirements, and importance of not compromising control to comply with client requests
  • Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values
What you'll bring to the role:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with multiple internal and external functions including clients, sales and other functional operations teams
  • Strong risk awareness and ability to escalate with relevant information
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills and excellent judgment
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • At least 2 years ' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
