Deployment Network Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of corporate office network infrastructures across multiple regional sites. This role focuses on
corporate office/site architecture (not data Centre) and requires deep expertise in
edge routing, firewalls, and Wi-Fi technologies. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless connectivity and security for Nvidia's offices and smaller regional lab sites.
Key Responsibilities - Design, deploy, and maintain corporate office network architectures across regional sites.
- Manage edge routing and firewall configurations to ensure secure and efficient connectivity.
- Oversee FDMS, IDF & MDF switch deployments, and Wi-Fi access point installations.
- Perform remote network design and troubleshooting for corporate environments.
- Execute maintenance windows, typically scheduled on weekends, for office network upgrades and fixes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in network engineering and design, with a strong focus on corporate office/site environments.
- Proven expertise in edge routing and firewall technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi access points, switching (IDF/MDF), and network security.
- Ability to work independently and manage deployments across multiple regional sites.
- Flexible and adaptable to new technologies; strong engineering fundamentals are essential.
- Willingness to support remote deployments and occasional on-site maintenance during weekends.
Preferred Background - Experience in corporate office network architecture (not data center).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle escalations effectively.
- Familiarity with regional networking standards and practices in Asia.
