A Global Securities Services firm is hiring 2 HR headcounts - (HR TA Coordinator) & (HR Ops)
Your new company
- Our client is a recognised leader in global securities services, trusted by clients worldwide for excellence, innovation, and integrity. They are expanding their Human Resources team and seeking dynamic professionals to join them in shaping the future of our people strategy. They currently have 2 openings, one from TA Coordination and one from HR Operations.
1. (Talent Acquisition Coordinator)
- Support Talent Acquisition teams across the full recruitment cycle (excluding interviews)
- Review and sort CVs to ensure quality candidate pipelines
- Arrange interviews and coordinate schedules with stakeholders
- Provide onboarding support to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Collaborate with global HR teams, with a strong focus on APAC operations
2. (HR Operations Specialist) - Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
- Manage monthly invoices and ensure accurate data updates
- Support HR operations to drive efficiency and compliance
- Partner with internal teams to deliver smooth HR processes
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Prior experience in HR or recruitment coordination within the FS industry is preferred
- Proficiency in HR systems (Workday) and data management
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Quick-thinking, adaptable, and professional manner
- Bachelor degree in the related field of study
