About The Role

  • Strategic HR leadership: Oversee and develop HR policies, frameworks, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Team management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3 HR professionals, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Partner with senior management and business leaders, providing guidance on people-related matters.
  • Remuneration committee support: Prepare and present HR insights directly to the remuneration committee.
  • ESG HR reporting: Manage HR-related ESG reporting requirements, ensuring compliance and transparency.
  • Talent management: Drive recruitment, retention, and development strategies to support organizational growth.
  • Employee relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, handle complex employee relations with maturity and patience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Industry experience: Background in property, property investment, or asset management businesses preferred.
  • HR generalist expertise: Strong track record across recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations.
  • Leadership qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Maturity and patience: Adept at handling sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Technical competence: Familiarity with ESG HR reporting and remuneration committee processes.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong communication skillsin written and spoken form.
