Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Operations Assistant Manager, Leading Securities Firm:
- Executing the daily settlement activities, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of settlement of trades, including cash settlement and FX delivery.
- Ensuring that all of the settlement activities comply with regulatory requirements including MAS and SGX regulations.
- Performing daily reconciliation of trades and positioning, ensuring accuracy in middle office in resolving any discrepancies.
Requirements of the Operations Assistant Manager, Leading Securities Firm:
- At least 4 - 7 years of experience with a Securities, Brokerage or Capital Management firm.
- Strong knowledge in Futures.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL and VBA
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business or anything related
