About You

What you'll do and what success looks like in this role
  • Report to Head of Operations and lead the team to oversee payment, card and fulfillment operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery with full regulatory compliance
  • Manage end-to-end payment operations, including FPS, local remittance, and global fund transfers, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Oversee Mastercard transaction processing, including settlement, dispute handling, and chargeback management, ensuring compliance with card scheme rules and regulatory requirements
  • Handle fraud monitoring and implement safeguards for payment and card risks, including mis-transfer of funds, BIN attacks, fraudulent transactions, card fraud alerts, and other fraud control measures
  • Govern the end-to-end fulfillment process, including campaign setup, validation, execution, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery
  • Initiate and own projects related to process streamlining, AI automation, and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency

What is required and what we're looking for
  • Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role covering payment and card settlement
  • Experience with AI, automation or process transformation is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of HKMA regulatory requirements and card scheme compliance
  • Organized, responsible, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities
  • Team leader with multi-tasking skills, a can-do attitude, and ability to work under pressure with tight timelines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written English and Chinese
