Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to lead all phases of the investment process.
- Evaluate new investment opportunities through market research, financial modeling, and valuation.
- Take ownership of financial models and prepare investment committee materials.
- Partner with portfolio company management teams to execute growth strategies and monitor performance.
- Conduct periodic reviews and provide insights on portfolio companies financial and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in private equity or investment banking.
- Proven deal execution experience in technology or financial institutions group sectors.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline from a top-tier university, with strong academic credentials.
- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- High intellectual curiosity, strong business judgment, and passion for investing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin or Bahasa preferred.
- Experience in software and technology investing is a plus.
