Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design to delivery, optimization, and post-launch enhancements
  • Translate user needs and business goals into clear product features, requirements and roadmap
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, UX, and IT teams to define and deliver solutions at the intersection of business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility
  • Gather, analyze and utilize user feedback and data-driven insights to evaluate feature effectiveness, continuously enhance the UX and adoption
  • Stay current with industry trends and practices, applying relevant learnings to our unique context
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or above degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, engineering, business)
  • 8 years of product management experience is preferred, with at least 4 years specially focused on B2B SaaS platforms. Experience in Internet, Fintech or a related financial services domain is a significant plus
  • Hands-on experience as a key contributor throughout the entire B2B SaaS product lifecycle, with a demonstrated impact on improving user adoption, retention and user experience
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate user needs, product value, and IT scope effectively
  • Demonstrated autonomy in decision-making and ability to influence at senior levels
  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is mandatory
