Senior Officer, Financial Planning and Analysis

Job description：

• Assist in the processes of financial budgeting and projection, and facilitate the setting of annual targets in line with business plans;
• Track the financial status and performance to identify areas for improvement;
• Assist in the development of the management accounting system, and prepare monthly management accounting reports with analysis;
• Assist in developing bank-wide and departmental performance appraisal methods, and regularly track the implementation of bank-wide and departmental KPIs;
• Involve in the procurement process of the Bank;
• Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance, priority for CPA or equivalent qualificationï¼›
• 3-5 years of experience in bank management accounting or budgetingï¼›
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, self-motivated and responsibleï¼›
• Able to work under pressure with tight timelineï¼›
• Excellent spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and Englishï¼›
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
