Our client is a leading global brokerage and investment group is looking for a FATCA Compliance specialist to join the team.
Responsibilities - Manage classifications, registrations, and self-declarations of all group entities
- Conduct due diligence on clients and counterparties across various financial services
- Prepare and submit required reports to the respective authorities in various countries
- Handle withholding and reporting in accordance with country-specific treaty rates pool
- Review and update the compliance strategy for FATCA, assess implications for new products and services, and provide training to relevant departments
Requirements - Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in International Tax, FATCA, CRS in banks, financial institutions or accounting firm
- Good knowledge in Tax, securities laws, operations, products and services
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
