Responsibilities: - Have overall responsibility for the development and on-going management of Microsoft 365, Messaging and Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, as well as the support of Group IT platforms and shared services
- Assist in Managing and Design the Microsoft 365, Corporate Directory Services and Integrating 3rd party's technology solutions.
- Support cloud adoption in collaboration with the cloud operations and delivery team, ensuring alignment with the Technology Strategy
- Support IT Infrastructure/System setup & migration for new business entity
- Collaborate with IT application teams, application architect and security team on the technical development of converged solutions and process to enhance service operations
- Technical Evaluation of the latest IT technologies and management tools within the Microsoft 365 environment
- Follow-up on support cases with vendors, auditors, consultants
- Ensure managed IT infrastructure complies with security and regulatory requirements
- Assists in conducting DR Drills and BCP processes
Requirements: - Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with more than 3 years of relevant experience
- Holder of professional qualification(s) preferred, e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure and GenAI
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange & SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Intune, VDI / Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS), SSL Cert Management & Encryption technology, and Backup & Disaster Recovery Solution
- Strong problem solving, management and analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of M365, Messaging, Server, Network, Storage and Cloud Infrastructure (Azure or AWS), Virtualization, IT Security and IT service management.
- Expertise in Mobile & Hybrid Infrastructure Architecture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Understanding of IT operation within Insurance industry
- Good command of written English and Chinese; fluent in spoken English
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adopt new IT technologies
