Business Manager

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on operational, regulatory, and daily coordination matters
• Perform and monitor daily operational workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare management reports, including statistics, regulatory reviews, and compliance checks
• Review and evaluate internal policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliant
• Provide support for new product and service launch projects

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Detail‑minded with strong attention to accuracy and documentation.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced Web3 environment.

Listing Operations

1. Asset Listing Process and Campaign Operations:
   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive asset listing process (including Web3 token listing and tokenised RWA assets listing), and coordinate with marketing promotions for new asset listing by incorporating industry best practices and staying abreast of trends.
   2. Align operational activities with the company's strategic goals and translate them into actionable plans. Ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
   3. Listing campaign configuration and promotion, such as Launchpool, user airdrops, etc.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   1. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, risk, product, and technical teams, to ensure efficient and compliant token listing process.
   2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.
3. Relationship Management:
   1. Engage in effective communication with token project teams, fostering strong relationships to facilitate the listing process.
   2. Collaborate with token project teams to ensure compliance with listing requirements and resolve any outstanding issues or concerns.
   3. Maintain ongoing relationships with listed token projects, providing support and addressing their operational needs.
4. Process and Product Optimization:
   1. Continuously review and optimize the token listing process to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
   2. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
   3. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory challenges and implement necessary compliance measures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in fields such as finance, marketing, media, or language-related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset operations within the crypto industry.
• Strong understanding of the crypto industry and market trends.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to digital assets.
• Data-driven, familiar with user growth-related metrics, and strong data analysis skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
