Support business and coordinate with global compliance efforts, and help interpret legal and compliance guidelines to enable employees to conduct business more compliantly. Ensure understanding of industry policies and regulations, all while serving business goals. Integrate compliance and risk control awareness directly into business operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• 作为华语市场与全球合规职能之间的关键桥梁，与全球合规、法务、风控等团队紧密协作，推动全球合规政策在本地业务中的有效落地，确保在满足合规要求的同时兼顾商业可行性，合理平衡合规风险与业务效率。
  
• 深度参与产品设计、用户体验、运营机制等关键业务环节，在流程前端嵌入合规要求，确保风险控制与合规标准不会影响用户体验或业务发展。
  
• 识别并评估潜在的市场操纵行为、可疑交易及其他违规风险，主导部门内的应对机制建设，协调相关团队快速响应事件，推动形成闭环的处置与改进流程。
  
• 完善本地化合规管理体系，制定适用于业务团队的操作规范与内部控制机制，持续提升业务人员的合规意识和执行力；包括撰写可操作的合规手册、建立风险识别机制、制定培训方案并组织实施等。
  

• Act as the crucial bridge between the CN market and the global compliance function, collaborating closely with global compliance, legal, risk control, and other teams.
  
• Drive effective localization and implementation of global compliance policies within local business operations, ensuring that compliance requirements are met while maintaining commercial viability, and reasonably balancing compliance risk with business efficiency.
  
• Deeply participate in key business processes such as product design, user experience, and operational mechanisms. Embed compliance requirements into the front-end of processes to ensure risk control and compliance standards do not negatively impact user experience or business development.
  
• Identify and assess potential risks related to market manipulation, suspicious transactions, and other regulatory violations. Lead the development of internal response mechanisms, coordinate relevant teams for rapid incident response, and drive a closed-loop disposition and improvement process.
  
• Refine the localized compliance management system, formulating operational guidelines and internal control mechanisms applicable to business teams. Continuously enhance the compliance awareness and execution ability of business personnel, including writing actionable compliance manuals, establishing risk identification mechanisms, and designing and implementing training programs.
  

What We Look For In You

• 3年以上合规或法律相关工作经验，熟悉中国大陆及至少一个其他华语地区的监管环境；
  
• 有跨国公司、金融科技、消费互联网或跨境业务背景者优先；
  
• 有与跨国团队合作经验，能在多文化环境中高效沟通。
  

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in compliance or law, familiar with the regulatory environment in mainland China and at least one other Mandarin-speaking region.
  
• Experience in multinational corporations (MNCs), FinTech, consumer internet, or cross-border business is a plus.
  
• Experience collaborating with multinational teams, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.

• Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  
• Familiar with local laws, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), data privacy, financial supervision, and other relevant regulations.
  
• Possess a strong commercial understanding, capable of proposing practical compliance suggestions to support business.
  
• Detail-oriented, with strong execution skills and a high sense of responsibility.
