Exciting New Role for You
- Lead and facilitate implementation of transaction banking products in Hong Kong, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and technology requirements.
- Plan and monitor product implementation, including system testing, procedure updates, and reporting.
- Provide input on product design, enhancements, and documentation accuracy.
- Respond to audits and regulatory examinations (internal/external).
- Expand transaction banking business in Hong Kong.
- Collaborate with Head Office and other branches to maximize business opportunities and manage risks.
- Ensure compliance and quality control within the department.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Transaction Banking with leadership/coaching background.
- Strong knowledge of transaction banking products, regulations, and risk control.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in Cantonese and English.
- Independent, proactive, analytical, and reliable.
