Responsibilities
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical designs and drive the implementation of new features or system improvements.
  • Quickly troubleshoot complex issues, propose effective solutions, and coordinate with developers or third-party teams to resolve urgent problems on tight deadlines.
  • Lead and mentor an offshore development team, providing technical guidance, conducting thorough code reviews, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee end-to-end development progress, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and handle ongoing production support and BAU operations.
Skills Reqd
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Min 3-5 years of hands-on experience in system analysis, application design, full-stack development, and production rollout-ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, coupled with solid expertise in Java, Vue.js, Node.js, Spring Framework, Maven, IBM MQ, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Prior exposure to Wealth Management or Portfolio Management vendor platforms (e.g., Avaloq, Temenos, Sophis, SimCorp) is a significant advantage.
