Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to lead and inspire our personal lines team. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer experience and efficient handling of complaints across various personal lines insurance claims, including Home, Travel, and Maid Insurance. You will also play a pivotal role in developing innovative insurance solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess, approve, and validate personal lines claims with precision and integrity.
  • Review policy documents and insurance clauses, ensuring alignment with claims management practices
  • Drive successful claims transformation initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain effective file management, including appropriate reserving and control of the claims cycle
  • Address inquiries and resolve complaints from both external and internal customers promptly and professionally
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the general insurance industry, with a thorough understanding of personal lines
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals
