What you'll need to succeed
  • With experience in customer service (call centre or frontline), preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
