Your new role - Respond to bilingual phone-in enquiries.
- Handle bilingual emails and live chat from customers.
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver timely and high-quality customer service.
- Obtain and maintain an individual insurance agent licence with Blue Cross and the Insurance Authority.
- Advise on or arrange insurance contracts and carry out regulated activities upon successful licencing.
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed - With experience in customer service (call centre or frontline), preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Positive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
