  • Possess strong business strategic thinking, deeply understand market strategic goals and translate them into specific marketing plans.
  • Be responsible for customer acquisition and growth in Hong Kong, adjust growth strategies according to channel characteristics, and drive resource allocation to achieve targets.
  • Integrated financial content and activation in communication, and develop comprehensive promotion plans with solid implementation
  • Leveraged user insights, accurately grasp customer pain points to extract key messages, and integrate them into channel strategies
  • Focus on the entire funnel from exposure to final conversion, match reasonable budgets based on front-end traffic characteristics, continuously iterate, and improve conversion rates at all stages across different traffic channels.
  • learnt from successful experiences across regions, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with front-end marketing, R&D, and design teams, maintain user-centric thinking, and empower business growth in various regions

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in user growth, with priority given to those with understanding of the financial industry, especially high-net-worth client wealth management and banking services.
  • Familiar with various customer acquisition channels and traffic characteristics in Mainland China and Hong Kong, as well as digital growth models
  • Demonstrate strong curiosity about growth and traffic conversion, and maintain sensitivity to various traffic acquisition methods.
  • Possess excellent data analysis capabilities, make decisions driven by experiments and data, and achieve rapid iterative optimization.
  • Have strong systematic thinking, excel at identifying core problems and solving them with effective methods, including leveraging existing resources to meet objectives
