What You'll Do:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize peripheral applications and user interfaces using modern Rust and .NET technologies.
- Contribute to a robust, always-on global trading environment.
- Partner with senior engineers to research emerging tools, design enhancements, and expand system capabilities.
- Support production systems and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Mentor, guide, and elevate junior engineers.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Building clean, efficient, and reliable code in Rust.
- Working within Linux-based environments and high-performance distributed systems.
- Enhancing scalability, reliability, and maintainability of mission-critical software.
- Solving complex technical challenges involving multithreading, web protocols, and low-latency design.

About You:
- 6–8 years of relevant Low latency software development experience.
- Strong command of Rust and comfort with Linux.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Passion for financial markets, crypto, and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical mindset with a love for elegant solutions.
- Experience with concurrency, websockets/REST, or high-throughput systems is a plus.
- Enjoy mentoring and guiding fellow developers.
