A leading Asset Management Firm is looking for a Fund Operations AVP to join their expanding business. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years in fund operations. Proficiency in both Chinese and English are required for this position.
Responsibility
- Deliver fund operational support on a daily basis
- Manage applications for fund subscriptions and redemptions.
- Compile a daily summary of trade orders, verify confirmations of trades
- Update records on dividend corporate actions, and conduct cash reconciliations.
- Generate reconciliations for Fund Net Asset Valuations and calculate management fees.
- Facilitate the opening of client accounts and fund accounts, ensuring adherence to AML compliance.
- Respond to client inquiries and oversee special projects as needed
- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as attorneys, auditors, tax consultants, fund managers, and other financial experts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related disciplines
- 5+ years in fund operations, experience in mutual fund is a big plus
- Familiarity with the establishment and termination of existing funds
- Good command in written, oral Mandarin and English
