Job Purpose
This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, accuracy, and control in the end-to-end campaign fulfillment and sales incentive / commission calculation processes. The incumbent will lead the design, standardization, streamlining, and automation of the rebate and incentive calculation frameworks to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payouts.
The role plays a critical part in risk governance, process integrity, and scalability, enabling the bank to support complex campaigns ad sales structures through robust platforms/processes, streamlined workflows, and vigilant controls.

Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Fulfillment & Incentive Calculation Excellence: Own the end-to-end operational process for campaign fulfillment, including customer rebate and sales commission / incentive payout calculations; Ensure high accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of calculations across campaigns, products, and sales channels; and handle complex campaign/sales incentives mechanics, tiering, eligibility rules, caps, and exceptions with precision.
• Process Standardization & Common Platform Design: Design and implement standardized calculation logic, templates, and operating models for campaign fulfillment and sales incentives; Drive the creation of a common platform and shared processes to support multiple campaign types and business units; Reduce dependency on manual spreadsheets and ad-hoc processes through structured, repeatable frameworks; Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort, cycle time, and error rates; and Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and control checklists.
• Automation, Streamlining & Productivity Uplift: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate calculation, validation, and reconciliation processes using system capabilities and tools; Partner with business, technology, and data teams to translate business rules into scalable system/process logic; and Improve productivity, turnaround time, and operational resilience while maintaining accuracy and control.
• Risk Governance, Controls & Assurance: Establish and maintain strong governance, controls, and audit trails across campaign fulfillment and incentive processes; Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards; and proactively identify operational risks, control gaps, and root causes, and implement sustainable remediation.
• Stakeholder & Dependency Management: Work closely with key stakeholder teams (business, analytics, technology and operation, etc.) to ensure alignment of campaign mechanics and incentive rules; Act as the central point of coordination for clarification of campaign terms, eligibility, and calculation logic; and provide clear, data-backed explanations on payout outcomes, variances, and exceptions.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or Information Systems or other related discipline.
• 7 years+ of relevant experience, including ownership of complex calculations, analytics, or process improvement initiatives.
• Proven experience with data analysis, reconciliations, and operational reporting.
• Hands-on experience in operational management, process, control, workflow design, and automation.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, governance, and control frameworks.
• Exposure to automation, workflow tools, CRM, incentive systems, or data platforms is an advantage.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools, Python, PySpark, SQL and visualization software, Qlik Sense.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, efficiency, and process robustness.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, adaptability to changing environment.
